At work, I always feel like I'm the person who is talking more, who is asking them about how they've been.
But I feel like I rarely get this back in return. I often ask, "how was your week?", but I rarely get someone to ask me that. I also feel like I greet others more than I am greeted by others at work.
Most of my interactions at work have to do with being asked for job-related help. It's like I am in a different wavelength than my team.
I was wondering if this was a coincidence/isolated incident, but I've had this happen before at other jobs. Does this ever happen to you guys? That you feel like people aren't interested in pursuing friendships with you? Or that you don't "attract" them (like a magnet)? And is there a fix for this?
