What an interesting video!
It looks like you’ve done a lot of your own coding in this woman’s testimony which is awesome to see! And you did a great job! The more you do that, the more you’ll start seeing it in real life and in real time, so keep it up!
Dr. Phil putting another liar on blast! I mean, I must remain objective. She definitely seems to be pretty nervous and maybe trying to buy some time as she comes up with her stories. One thing above all of your findings that I thought was weird, was her lack of knowledge in her own condition! She just seemed to be using pretty basic terminology like “pre-cancer” and “treatments” and things that everyone would already know. The specifics of her condition or treatment plans just weren’t being told, it was all very vague, where normally someone going through something like this would have no problem divulging specific information when asked. Someone actually wanting to tell their story about such a horrible condition usually go into the specifics, like what kind of cancer it was, or what name it had, how many rounds of what kind of treatment they went through, etc. Such as, was it Ovarian Carcinoma, which makes up a lot of these types of cases, or was it something different? How was it discovered? etc. Seemed a little too difficult for her to come up with the details. Now, some people just don’t want to discuss their illnesses and things, but this woman clearly did, but couldn’t corroborate her own story with any details! And the ones shes did, Dr. Phil called her out on, to which she had no rebuttals.
Now this was a pretty good video, but we must all remember that any red flags (and more specifically, clusters of red flags) you find mean nothing on their own, unless they deviate from their baseline! Watching a video of someone telling a story, true or false, is sometimes just not enough. You need to watch them when they are not under such pressure and stress to get a clear window about they react when telling their story.
Great job! Keep it up!
