Congratulations on the big close @KarBar110 ! I can relate to being younger but in a leadership role to others who are much older. I have a few tips body language-wise to remember. A person makes their first impression of you in those first few seconds of meeting! So even the way you walk into the room counts!
Remember to make eye contact with them as soon as you walk in the room with a warm, legitimate smile that reaches your eyes. Just the simple act of making that eye contact and building that oxytocin affects how someone feels about you than if you had just walked in the room and looked away from everyone.
If it's a small group where you're able to go around and shake hands that can be a plus!
It's important to have open body language. Normally in a new or uncomfortable situation we like to keep our hands distracted in our pockets, behind our purse, or across our arms. Remember to walk in with your hands visible. It's the first thing we look at subconsciously to see if we trust this person we are meeting! Even when you sit down at the table try and keep them above the table.
Power pose before you start your day! Find somewhere private to stretch out and do a super-woman pose before walking in so you can get that testosterone pumping and remind yourself you've got this!
Good luck and have a great day tomorrow!!
