I'm looking for an study showing audience’s attention and audience’s feelings throughtout some kinds of presentations, like bad, regular, good, and engaging presentations.
Something that shows good and bad reactions of people in a good, regular, and bad presentations.
Something that justifies what we know about having to create good presentations. For instance, we know that we have to prepare for a presentation. But why? So we could have an answer like: because without preparation it's likely that the speaker will read the slides and that is bad BECAUSE the audience will feel disconnected and will lose attention, and...
Anyway, something not from the perspective of the speaker, but of the audience. How do they feel in good, regular and bad presentations. And what is considered good, regular and bad presentations.
My problem is that I want to convince people who make bad presentations, but think they make good presentations.
Thank you so much for your attention.
