Personal opinion, pretty good but it could be better.
The Background image lacks punch, it should match the profile picture colour tone and brightness IMO, just to be consistent. The shoot wasn't easy, it is dark and seems shot with high ISO setting, not sure of the camera used but if you have the RAW file you should be able to correct at least the colours, with JPEG it will be really hard to improve it (higher contrast or sharpness will show the ISO noise, colours will have problem if you touch to the white balance or brightness).
Having a play between the two pictures is hard but it would be a good thing too.
On the profile picture you look stressed (the picture is not big enough for me to see if it's a genuine smile but I feel something strange about it). I think you open your torso to make the background visible, so use your eyes or your hand to show it IMO (like of you asked someone to pass). I like punchy colours on photos (not so much on films strangely), so I would saturate the colours a little bit more but that's totally personal. I also think that the image is not straight, I would make sure the "walls" appear vertical. Good use of the rule of thirds. Colours are warm and your outfit definitely stands out of the background.
Both photos open subjects like, Where was it ? Why did you go there ? What were you doing ? Are you an adrenaline junky ?
All in all, I would give 7-8/10. for the profile picture, 6-7 for the background. It's pretty hard to get good pictures, I tend to have very few of me and they are not great, so it is difficult to reach a 9/10 if it is not a professional shoot I think (just because the light, colours, framing or background won't be perfect).
