Branding has always been a tough marketing system for me though after watching this my aha moment would be adding the matrix spin on the customer relations. Having a secondary profile(the matrix) definitely adds more depth and it seems like you would better pinpoint your target market.
Prior to this course, as a personal trainer, I specialize in movement (specifically working with kettlebells). For new clients, I would off 2 (1-hour sessions) that they could schedule on non-consecutive days. Because not a lot of people have heard of this tool, when people tell me I am giving away too much I tell them this. I see kettlebells and a motorcycle, they may or may not like it the first time maybe the take it for a ride, in my case, I'll take them through the basics of working with the kettlebell ( I think of it as a throwaway session) so they feel the bell in their hands and learn how to use them properly and get a feel for my teaching style. If they are interested in a second session I schedule them for a date and time that works for them and I tell them my price and the number of sessions.
After watching this class, I would be looking for someone who is high open because they have the willingness to learn. Low Neurotic, because those who are high neurotic think they know it all and they would more likely injure themselves, Extroversion, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness may fall within the middle.
