Good morning or good afternoon to everybody.
I would like to ask about book suggestions.
Today, I made a comment to my brother about a thing he did; and immediately I recognized him giving me the anger micro-expression and immediately moved to attack mode.
Although I realized immediately, that my first statement moved him to anger mode and started being offensive/defensive, I did not act well , so in few minutes I saw the situation getting our of my control. To stop it there, I chose the option to back down and withdraw from the discussion. He did not like it, but at least I saved/paused the moment from exploding further.
I would like suggestion on books that can help on how you react on the spot after identifying the emotions coming up and since you managed to recognize the micro expression ,especially the one of anger and fear.
